The assigned Program Manager will ensure that industry standards and methodologies are met, thereby reducing risks and increasing project success. They will work with the project stakeholders to define the project scope and plan, making sure everyone has a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities as well as the project’s objectives. They will provide project performance reports to your management team as it relates to the financials, compliance issues, manpower issues, potential risks, as well as other key elements of the project that your management team may require.

Activities & Deliverables: 

• Participation in the Internal Kick-off Meeting of the project. 
• Participation in the Customer Introduction Meeting. 
• Assist in defining the Statement of Work. 
• Assist in defining the Project Scope. 
• Assist in defining the Project Plan. 
• Assist in defining the Project Communications Management process. 
• Participate in Project Review Meetings. 
• Provide assistance to Project Management staff as it relates to logistics issues, manpower issues, compliance issues, as well as help to ensure project meets key milestones and deliverables. 
• Review and evaluation of Project Status reports and Project Reconciliation. 
• Provide and review with Sr. Management summation project status reports, addressing financials, risks & concerns, as well as manpower issues and any compliance issues. 
• Assist in the write-up of the Post-Mortem report. 
• Participate in the review of the Post-Mortem report with project stakeholders. 
• Provide Sr. Management a final analysis of the project, addressing the areas of success or that may require further improvement.
